Course Description

This Course mainly focuses on effective communication skills to improvise on the skills of trainers more effectively with children and parents. Assessing techniques and observation techniques which are useful for teachers is another knowledge gained in this course.
This session gives ideas and knowledge on different ways of management techniques and how collaborative learning enhance the learning interests in young minds. This session also enhances how cultural diversity can be used as an important tool for language learning.

Outcomes

At the end of the session trainers will be more effective in the communication skills and how to create a positive environment for children
At the end of the session trainers will have an understanding on how to observe and assess children through continuous process and not just merely by test and exam practices. They would also have equipped with sufficient subject knowledge
