Course Description

This Course mainly focuses on effective communication skills to improvise on the skills of trainers more effectively with children and parents. Assessing techniques and observation techniques which are useful for teachers is another knowledge gained in this course.
This session helps in exploration of how perception influences behavior. The concept of filters and beliefs. Different perspectives (visual, auditory, kinesthetic). This session also helps to learn to set and achieve personal goals. SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), Visualization techniques, Create vision boards for personal goals and Guided visualization exercises.

Outcomes

At the end of the session trainers will be more effective in the communication skills and how to create a positive environment for children.

This session is mainly to assess and evaluate trainers with their presentation skills focusing on their body language and subject knowledge which need to complement each other in various ways based on rubrics.

Pre requisite

should have completed the basic level of skill enhancement in the same category.
